Hazelnut and chocolate taste.
Ingredients
sugar, sunflower seeds oil, hazelnuts, fat reduced cocoa, skimmed milk powder, glucose syrup, emulsifier sunflower lecithin, cocoa butter, flavourings, vanilla pods extract.
Use mode
3 kg Gianduia-flan + 2,5 litres whole milk. Mix and put into the ice-cream machine.
