Directions

Warm up Pralipieno without exceed 35°C, add Hazelnut Tonda Gentile pure paste, drip it into the chocolate sphere and let the filling thicken.  Close the praline with milk chocolate and glaze with a mix of milk chocolate and chopped hazelnuts tonda gentile trilobata .
