Directions

Mix Quenelle and fresh cream. Amalgamate by hand in order to achive a well melted powder and without lumps. Mix in the kitchen aid in order to achieve an average texture.
Softly incorporate Mint paste and minced Dark Chocolate.
Fill in the specific ice cream trays.
Variegate and decorate with Strawberry and Chocolate covering.
Stabilize in blast chiller.
