In ice-cream parlor, making kids fell happy is always a hard work. They are often attracted by colored and charming ice-cream, which actually doesn’t taste really good.
Considering the part of the market composed by young consumers and analyzing their desires, it has been found that they prefer sweets with liquorice flavor: liquorice wheels, sugared belts and chewy candies.
